About Me

I have over a decade of experience supporting people with complex emotional needs.

As a Trauma Informed Person Centred Counsellor, I offer you safety, connection, respect, dignity and empathy, which are the essential components for recovery.

How I work

I offer a free consultation after you contact me, giving us an opportunity to discuss your needs and discover if we can work well together. If we begin, my approach is focused on a deep understanding of how trauma impacts our development, brain function, mental and physical health. I'm here to listen to the events that are difficult to share - maybe for the first time. My primary goals are to develop connection and safety - what that means and looks like for you.

Recovery from trauma is possible.

I am driven by a passion to enable and empower individuals to work through their experiences, especially those involving early life trauma.  If you have experienced trauma and are now living with the complex symptoms such as CPTSD, PTSD, EUPD/BPD, Substance Addictions, Process Addictions (Gambling, Gaming, Shopping, Exercise, Sex, Social Media), Suicidal thoughts and feelings and self harm, I can offer you a calm and emotionally safe space offering you a much-needed escape from the chaos of everyday life.

Professional Standards

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and adhere to their Ethical Framework
